Please send a request via Etsy and tell me your idea. It should (preferably) include the size, shape (square or rectangle) and preferred colors. Idea pictures are always welcome. Price is based on how complex the design is. When I have an idea of the design, I'll send a quick hand drawn sketch. If it's acceptable and we have an agreement on the price, I'll send a custom listing for purchase. Once ordered, I'll begin designing and will send screenshots and a proof. You have up to 2 simple design changes of the proof sent. Anything other than that will incur additional fees per change. Once the final proof is approved, I'll print the design. If it's a digital file, I'll send it via Etsy.

The background colors can be customized based on taste, with a quick turnaround time at no extra charge. Just leave me a note at checkout. Prior to printing, I will send a proof via Etsy conversation for approval.

Please be aware that I will not be able to ship until the proof is approved. If I don't hear from the buyer after 24 hours, I will send the same message with the proof via email. After 3 days of no response, I will extend the shipping date to a week to allow time for the buyer to approve the proof.

Unfortunately, I do not design logos. However, I can make a design that can be used as part of a logo.

My original artwork is at least 8” in size, depending on how intricate the design is. If a design has a lot of detail, it is best to make it as big as I can . The largest original Papermolas artwork I make is 12” because of the size limitation from the paper I buy and my cutting machine.

For prints, there are no size limitations. I can personally print up to 13x19 inches. Larger prints are outsourced to a family-owned printer located in New York. Please send me a message for a quote. Larger prints will be shipped rolled in a heavy-duty cardboard tube.

Turn-around time will vary depending on the type of artwork desired. For prints, my turnaround time is between 1-4 business days prior to shipping. For original paper artwork, it is between 10-14 business days prior to shipping. If you have any questions about that, please feel free to message me.

For 8x10 prints, I use plastic bags made of 100% compostable plastic, with an adhesive that is plant-based, and a recyclable polymailer that can either be reused or recycled. For larger prints, I will transition to compostable or recyclable bags as soon as I run out of the traditional plastic bags I have. I encourage you to reuse or repurpose those bags.

Whenever I can, I recycle cardboard boxes as part of my packaging, not only to ensure all my products arrive safely to you, but also because I don't like wasting good cardboard. Please feel free to use it for a different purpose. As soon as I run out of regular brown cardboard boxes, you may start seeing other kinds. Please excuse the ugly cardboard :)

All prints ship with a 4mm backing board, either all black or different colors. These backing boards can be used as a mat for a smaller photo. For example, if you purchase an 11"x14" print, you can use the backing board as a mat for an 8"x10" picture. That's one use but there are many more.

All packages are shipped First-Class, unless otherwise noted or Priority Mail upgrade has been purchased. Based on USPS, delivery time varies between 3-5 days, but may be longer during the peak times of the year.

Packages will be shipped to the address entered during checkout. Please make sure to double check the address, especially if you moved and had a different address when you created your Etsy account. If Etsy cannot verify the address, I will contact you to confirm it prior to shipping via Etsy conversation. If no response after 2 days, I will send an email. To avoid delays, please respond as soon as possible. I will not send out packages with unconfirmed addresses.

If a package gets returned to me (the seller) because USPS was not able to deliver a package, and there was no attempt from the customer to pick it up from their local post office, a refund of only the purchase price (the item purchased) will be made. Shipping fees already paid will not be refunded because the delivery was already attempted.
